CLEIDIANE DE SOUZA COSTA, DIVORCIADA, residente e domiciliada em Barreiras/BA, filho (a) de OSCARINO RIBEIRO COSTA E DELVANIR DE SOUZA.

Em virtude do matrimônio, os contraentes assinarão: JOÃO BATISTA SANTOS SOUZA COSTA E CLEIDIANE DE SOUZA COSTA SANTOS.
