MANOEL LOPES DE ARAÚJO, DIVORCIADO, residente e domiciliado em Barreiras/BA, filho(a) de ERENILDES LOPES DE ARAÚJO E SILVANDINA RIBEIRO DE ARAÚJO.

MARIA DA CONCEIÇÃO SILVA MORAIS, VIÚVA, residente e domiciliada em Barreiras/BA, filho (a) de JOSÉ MARIA ALVES DE MORAIS E MARIA DO LIVRAMENTO SILVA MORAIS.

Em virtude do matrimônio, os contraentes assinarão: MANOEL DE ARAÚJO MORAIS E MARIA DA CONCEIÇÃO DE ARAÚJO MORAIS.

O regime escolhido é o da COMUNHÃO PARCIAL DE BENS.

Apresentaram os documentos exigidos pelo art. 1525, incisos I, III, IV do Código Civil. Se alguém tiver conhecimento de existir algum impedimento legal, que seja oposto para fins de direito.
